Iraqi Army prc-439 vhf iret radio
The PRC-439 mobile radio was made by IRET in Italy, but was deemed not good enough for the Italian army. Therefore it was made for export. They were bought by Iraq in the 1980's for use in the Iran-Iraq War, then used later in Desert Storm. They are not common bring backs by Coalition forces because of their weight, hence why they are so desirable.
