Desert Storm-OIF: A very cheap pistol belt made in Thailand. It is made of multicolored thread under the green fabric that can be seen where the belt was crudely cut during manufacturing.

Pre Iran Iraq War - OIF: The Iraqi Army heavily used British P58 web gear belts beginning even before the Iran Iraq War started. They range from actual British produced P58 belts to imported copies of them, so the materials and quality vary on them. They are easily identified by the row of single grommet holes on each side of the belt that do not extend all the way to the rear.

OIF era This belt has no grommet holes to hold equipment. It has a very simple design with D rings to attach suspenders to like earlier models. This particular model was only seen post 1991.
