During the War on ISIS, this 2 pocket woodland camouflage uniform copy was first seen in use by the Kurdish Peshmerga. The velcro on the uniform is specifically shaped and positioned for the Kurdish Peshmerga patch (wearers left sleeve) and the Kurdish flag patch. This is a very true copy of the US woodland camouflage pattern, as the pattern looks nearly identical. The uniform was likely made in China.

Copies of 5.11 uniforms in this specific style have been observed in use with the Peshmerga in the last few years. They are made in China and are available as a private purchase uniform, hence why they are worn largely by officers. The one above still has the tags with laughable amounts of errors on them. This uniform was brought back from Kurdistan in 2020.
