Point Blank Body Armor was a big supplier to the New Iraqi Army after OIF ended. Their plate carriers were extensively worn by the ICDC and the Iraqi Army until about 2010 when they gradually were phased out. These are the types of plate carriers exported to Iraq by Point Blank.

PRE ISIS (2003 - 2013): yes
WAR ON ISIS (2013 - 2019): limited use by army and militias
POST ISIS (2019 -): limited use by militias

This particular vest design was one of the most common ones seen in use by the Iraqis. While largely being worn by the Iraqi Army, this vest has been observed in use with insurgents and militias as well.
