During Desert Storm, a few of these PASGT copies were found, mostly unissued, and were issued (or supposed to be) to the elite or special forces of the Iraqi Army. They were produced by Hyundai in Korea, hence the H.H.D. sticker in the interior. The were seen from Desert Storm and possibly to OIF.
This particular one was captured in Kuwait City and shows light use with arabic writing on the webbing. The jihm label in the interior is very desirable on these helmets and is in great shape. The problem with these helmets is that the rim is prone to flaking off on the interior.
