This is a copy of the famous British PLCE chest rig originally made in DPM camo. The copy above, likely made in china, is constructed of black fabric. The vest has 2 large pouches on each side, 3 magazine pouches on the front, one on the top that accesses the inner vest, and a single mag pouch on the shoulder strap. It is adjustable and features a plastic buckle and velcro combination to secure the pouches. This style of vest is ideal for middle eastern fighters because it is very versatile and can fit almost any standard AK or AR magazine. They are primarily used by the Iraqi Federal Police, Regular Police, the Popular Mobilization Forces and ISIS. The vest above was recovered from Mosul in 2017 in an alleyway littered with bloody, discarded equipment.
