Iraqi Used Second Chance PASGT Helmet

With the fall of Saddam in 2003, the Iraqi Army imported multiple different helmet variants for their new army. Alongside the US PASGT kevlar helmet were many commercially made examples that closely mirrored that style. One company contracted was Second Chance, an American body armor company that produced their items in the United Kingdom. The helmet above was produced in November of 2004 and was either factory produced in a tan color or painted that way for exportation. It is difficult to spot these in period photos since they closely resemble the PASGT and are identical to RBR helmets, however, the date of manufacture suggests an arrival date of 2005-2006.
