Flag of iraq 2008-current

The current flag of Iraq took away the three green stars of their 2003 era flag, changed the font of the writing from Saddam's handwriting to traditional Kufic script, and then left the Arabic writing, which stands for "Allahu Akbar," or "God is great." The flag was instituted in 2008 and was meant to last for only one year, but it hasn't changed since.
